Málaga

Located in the southern region of the peninsula, Malaga is a city characterised by its beautiful beaches, a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and warm summers, its varied cuisine where “fried fish” and skewed sardines are the local specialities, its numerous museums and its many cultural offerings.

In Malaga you can visit emblematic monuments such as the Roman Theatre, one of the symbols of Roman Hispania in the city, as well as one of the oldest historical sites in Malaga: Gibralfaro Castle, built by the Arabs during the 14th Century with its viewpoint from which you can enjoy impressive views of the entire city. Malaga also boasts other sites including the Cathedral of Malaga and the Alcazaba Palatial Fortress.

Malaga has its own airport located a few kilometres from the city centre as well as high speed trains which connect to all of Spain’s major cities.
